Room amenities felt lacking, with just two little cartons of water provided, and noise levels from the bar above were disruptive, particularly for families. unexpected charges were a hassle, and not being informed about a bond before check-in was inconvenient.

Just spent 2 nights in a Studio at The Gerald. Loved how clean and fresh the room felt, with high-quality Aussie products in the bathroom. The rooftop parking was a bonus! A few hiccups at check-in, but overall a solid stay.

Our room was spacious enough for the whole family, with a large bathroom that accommodated us comfortably during our stay. The location was unbeatable, just a short walk from bars, restaurants, and even a supermarket, making everything super accessible.

We were treated like absoluteley no one special. Our 'quiet' room was next to an outdoor bar, how charming. And don’t even get me started on the rude cleaning staff, leaving hair on a face washer! It's almost like they don't care. A complimentary gesture would have lifted my spirits, but alas, that was not to be. I just couldn’t recommend it.

Just stayed one night in a Deluxe Apartment. The bed was super comfy, and the room felt really fresh and clean. Loved the shiny bathroom with high-quality products. The view was nice, too, which made it even better. Only downside was that I could hear some noise from the rooftop bar above, but it didn't ruin my stay.
